`GET https://{tenant}.stamp.eu/rest/employees/{employee}/vacation_transactions/{year}`

Chronological booking history (ascending) for one employee and year,
straight from the append-only ledger. Visibility scoping is enforced by
the route middleware (self-or-manager), identical to `index()`.
